Stephen Snyder, Chapter President
Stephen, a transplant to Cecil County and resident of Charlestown, is serving his second term as Chapter President. Stephen returned to college after 20 years to pursue a career as an Art Educator. He is extremely proud of last year’s officer team, who worked hard to earn the title of Chapter of Excellence at Regional Convention, as well as bring home 7 awards from International Convention in Texas this past April. Stephen is the recipient of the Distinguished Chapter President award at the international level.
